Expert: No Body, No Natalee Case
CBS News consultant Wendy Murphy told The Early Show co-anchor Hannah Storm Wednesday, "The bottom line is there are only three people who know what happened, at best. And that's the Kalpoe brothers and Joran."

"You can't prosecute a man without at least some evidence that she's dead, let alone that she died a violent death." - CBS News legal consultant Wendy Murphy

Natalee Suspect Questioned by Specialists
Behavioral specialists on Tuesday questioned Joran Van Der Sloot in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway and a volunteer group conducted a final search of a landfill where a witness claimed to have seen men dumping a female body.

Aruba Case Produces Many False Leads
"We thought we could solve this in a couple of days, but it turned out to be very difficult," said Lt. Roy Tromp, the lead investigator. "In my 30 years as a police officer, I've never had a case like this."

Greta Van Susteren: Back In Aruba
"You know, Greta, I think we're being much too polite with the Aruban police, the authorities. They sound like, you know, they're either incompetent or they're corrupt or they're both, but they certainly don't know what in the hell they're doing. They lost the momentum. The kid's smarter than the cops." - Mark Furham, Former LAPD Homicide Detective 'On The Record'

Aruba's reputation as a 'Mafia island' became public in March 1993 when it was described by the Italian daily "Corriere della Sera" as 'the first state to be bought by the bosses Cosa Nostra'. (7) The Sicilian Mafia clan of the families Cuntrera and Caruana allegedly had taken over the island. Between 1988 and 1992 they acquired 60 per cent of Aruba through investments in hotels, casino's and the election-campaign of a Prime Minister. Aruba looked set to be the first independent state under Mafia control.

This Jossy Mansur knows it all !
Joran even confessed..... on 10-june
But uh, why is he not charged than ?

A confession is good enough to get a conviction.

This guy is a total idiot and is paid by Greta & Co.

That's right it is still not a crime to be the last (known)person to have seen someone who has disapeared...

Jossy Mansur: Joran Van Der Sloot Has A History

Yep, 18 years of history as of August 6 !

But mr. Jossy Mansur, if Joran has confessed on 10/6/05 as you claim to know, why has he not been charged ?
No body needed if there is a confession....

You should find out WHO this Jossy Mansur is!! Talking about Mafia family and now your media are paying him for his personal vendetta.
Ask why two nephews of him were extradited to Puerto Rico for drug trade and money laundering.
Also ask who was the officer in charge of that: yes Paul v.d.Sloot.

Don't you think he has an ax to grind???

This one is for Jossey Manure

A judge on Thursday ordered the release of a Dutch teenager who has been jailed for nearly three months in the disappearance of an Alabama honors student and said he would be freed this weekend, the youth's father said.

Oh my goodness! Please let me apologize for the ignorant comments made by those of my country such as Mad or Tante. There is no excuse for such behavior. Most of the Dutch feel quite the contrary. We do support Nat her family and America in this case. And yes, I do think that those who are guilty should be punished to the full extent of the law. I do hope that now that they’ve released Joran that he’ll slip up and say something that will cause him and whoever else is responsible to be convicted and punished for this haneous act. And like many of you I do believe that he and the Kalpoe brothers and Paul are all probably guilty. They just look too suspicious and have lied way too much. And the witness that said he saw them all at the dump together had no reason to lie or make up that story so I for one do believe him. I don’t know why Paul’s wife doesn’t divorce him, I see him out with a different woman every night that I see him. But please don’t judge all of us by the few stupid people on here that make such comments. I can see that you all have your share of that to. That Steve charachter’s post are really annoying, offensive, and silly. We all need to just ignore all these ignorant folks and maybe they’ll go somewhere else. I do enjoy reading everyone’s different views on this case and respect everyone’s right to express them, although people that make insulting and ignorant comments such as Mad or Steve are uncalled for. And what all Mad accused you Americans of doing, such as all of the luxury stuff and whatever else he has said, we are guilty of doing all the same things. Bottom line is that none of us are perfect so people like Mad should not be complaining and pointing fingers. Well, the best of luck to Natalee’s family. My hopes and prayer go out to you.
