I don't have a problem with Paul having his name cleared, but I would like to know what Truth's definition of a class action suit is - perhaps in Aruba it is different. In most places a class action lawsuit actually has to have an entire class of people - a very large group - one individual or one family would not come close to qualifying as a class.

I guess lawsuit are the same everywheres as far as taking forever. Now, not knowing a whole lot of what is happening with his ability to work other than that without his name cleared he wont, would his contract be renewed if he was cleared? Beth is a bonafide liar and continued to be misleading about all the above, is defamatory.
The hilarious thing about this is that I am positive that the VDS, Kalpoes, Authorities (with help of FBI) have gone through all of Beth's media appearances and itemising and documenting all her lies from them. It will be imperative to the case and investigation of Beth. This is called "authentic video and audio tape fools" haaaa Vs skeeter fabrication!!
I can't wait to hear how many counts are against Beth! And in court her "opinion" without evidence to back it up, does not count.
The fact that Paulus VDS, Van der Straten, government officials and authorities are prominent figures, and Bitch Beth has made false and completely manufactured stories public, is more damaging (in court of law) to all those individuals than to say Deepak, who isn't such a prominent figure but still it is damaging for other legal reasons. As of recent Beth has even said defamatory comments about Karin Jansen, who I guarantee will also be in on a class action suit and individual suit against Beth.
All the above mentioned entities, in a class action suit and individual suits would be able to prove, that Bitch Beth & posse made statements intentionally, with MALICE, which means knowing that it was false and saying it with reckless disregard.
Considering the fact that early on, the authorities, the FBI and laywers all warned Beth on the consequences of her actions and to not speak out falsely, Beth continued to do it with ill will. Remember, the FBI was digusted with Beth and stopped communicating with her as a result of her immoral behaviour and the FBI will be witnesses against Beth.
They will also be able to sue for verbal injury, designed to harm out of malice, and the authorities and government specifically can sue her for misrepresentation.
There not only will be lawsuits for monetary damages for the above, but in addition there are criminal penalties for defamation and the degree of Beth's crimes I imagine that penatly will be extremely high. That will depend of course on the remedy requested from the plaintiffs.
Not only will Beth be sued by Dutch law but the class action suit as well as individual suits will be filed in specific states and also in US federal court. Condom-Leeza Rice will be able to testify against Beth too! ha
